National Speaker update from Linda Graeber:

            It’s time again to think about classes. Our guild is bringing Norah McMeeking from Santa Barbara, CA., who’s taught classes throughout the US, in Great Britain and has had a book called "Bella Bella Quilts: Designs from Italian Mosaics" published by C&T. Norah is also known for her landscape quilt designs.

            Please join us by taking one or more of her classes in September. The cost is $35.00 per class for members and $40.00 for non-members. Check out her web site for pictures of her incredible work. The classes will be on a first-come basis. She will be presenting a lecture called “Bella Bella Quilts,” following our September 22 meeting. Classes will be held at Western Nevada College, Douglas Campus on Buckeye Road from 9am - 4pm. Bring a lunch and sewing supplies. To sign up:
